CHAMPDCB2HL75/LF replaces old Wescan HL75 and HL752 servo drives for Lockformer and Advance Cutting Systems machines.

Notes:
Cable form provides connections between modules, transformers, capacitors, fuses and connectors - that is between:
one 37 pin plastic connector (CNC, limit switches, aux. power and main power);
two 4 pin plastic motor connectors;
one 14 pin AC/24v output plastic connector;
one 9 pin plasma control plastic connector;
three fuses for power transformers;
rotor/marker and ground connector;
This servo drive provides complete control (HC) of one plasma unit, one marker/rotor control, limit and homing switches, AC or 24v DC
output controls. The servo drive has an input for plasma-marker/rotor switch and input for rotor down sensor, which enables the use of
marker/rotor direct from the basic file, without using M codes in the NC file. Plasma Interface module has a complete set of indicators
of the process.
Servo drive provides drive enable for both axes simultaneously as default. If the customer wants to enable the different axes at different
times, then we need to make a customized servo drive. Estop drive input is added.
The New CHAMPDCB2HL75/LF servo drive replaces HL75/LF and HL752/LF servo drive. Upgrade of HL75/LF and HL752/LF is available (installation
of all the electronics above in customer’s old box). CHAMPDCB2/HL provides 70v DC motor line voltages. If the customer wants to keep
working with 56v DC motor line voltage and keep the same maximum machine speed with the upgraded version of this servo drive, we can use
their old transformer, capacitors, and cable form connectors and fuses.
