Applications

PICOPATH 1P CNC Controller (1 x 37 pin male plastic connector) it is NOT a Plug & Play controller (custom made machine cable set needed). This CNC can be used on the following types of machines and their business applications:

Notes

Some manufacturers made the same machine models using different CNC controls. For example: Lockformer offers their Vulcan 1800 machine built or upgraded with different controls: MICROPATH MPP CNC or PICOPATH CNC. Lockformer Vulcan 2900 with: NEE CNC control; MICROPATH MPP CNC control; and PICOPATH CNC control. Advanced Cutting Systems built their Ductmaster 510 and Fabmaster 510 with HYBRID D11 or MICROPATH MPP CNC controls. The same goes for Koike Aronson with their PM510 and DM510 models.
If your machine is not built with MICROPATH MPP CNC strategy please find your CHICHOinc replacement CNC control under the CNC control models (NEE CNC Control, HYBRID D11, or PICOPATH CNC control) listed on our website or contact us for assistance identifying your controller.
This CNC control is with custom-made machine cable set (different depending on the machine it will be used on). The PICOPATH 1P CNC control can replace any two axes CNC control (except EXCALIBUR because it has an extra knife rotation head axis, North East Electronics NEE CNC control - because it has a servo drive and machine interface already built in, and Hybrid D11 - for the CNC that replaces Hybrid D11 see PICOPATH M2).

Features

  • This CNC control is NOT Plug & Play. It needs custom made machine cables and in some cases needs extras built-in, depending on the applications it will be used for (most machines built after 2004 by Advanced Cutting Systems, Production Products and DACC Industries, with PICOPATH CNC controls need extras built in the new controller for it to be Plug and Play for these machines.
  • This CNC control has 256K memory. That allows downloading and cutting files larger than 128K.
  • Complete replacement for all MICROPATH CNC controls: Vulcan Hybrid D6 097, Vulcan Hybrid D6 / CXNC / 128K/LF, ESAB Compupath 500, Compupath 550, Compupath 750, Aircotron 750, Aircotron 1000, Aircotron 3000, CMC Burny 2, Burny 2.5, Creonics, MPP128K/LF, MICROPATH MPP 256K, PICOPATH, Allen Bradley and other CNC controllers (contact us for information on the other controls).
  • 12 month warranty and 24/7 telephone technical support for your product is included, free of charge (warranty does not include any freight)
